Welcome to The Fatch App Limited — the platform designed to simplify the matchmaking process in combat sports. These Terms & Conditions outline your rights and responsibilities when using our website and app. By accessing or using The Fatch App, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Who Can Use the Platform 

The Fatch App is available to: 

● Coaches 
● Matchmakers 
● Fighters 
● Spectators and fans

While the platform is open to users under 18, users under 13 must have consent from a parent or legal guardian.

2. Account Registration 

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to: 

● Provide accurate and complete information 
● Keep your login credentials secure 
● Accept responsibility for all activity under your account 

The Fatch App Limited reserves the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms or misrepresent information.

3. Membership & Subscriptions 

Some features of the platform may be part of a paid membership. If you choose a paid plan: 

● You will be charged based on the selected plan and billing frequency 
● Memberships can be canceled at any time, and your access will continue until the end of the billing cycle 
● Refunds are issued only in the event of technical failure or unauthorized billing — requests must be submitted within 14 days of the charge. 

4. Platform Features 

● Matchmaking Tools: Coaches and matchmakers can create, manage, and organize fight cards 
● Fighter Profiles: Fighters can update their records and make themselves visible to coaches and matchmakers 
● Communication: Users may communicate through the platform to coordinate bouts 
● Spectator Access: Fans can view fight cards and learn more about fighters through public profiles 

You agree to use these features respectfully and professionally. Any misuse, harassment, or inappropriate conduct may result in account suspension.

5. Content and Intellectual Property 

All content on The Fatch App—including text, logos, graphics, and user-submitted data—remains the property of The Fatch App Limited or its users. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute content without proper authorization.

6. Limitation of Liability

We do our best to ensure a smooth, secure experience, but The Fatch App is provided “as is.” The Fatch App Limited is not liable for: 

● Missed opportunities, fight cancellations, or booking errors 
● Inaccurate fighter data submitted by users 
● Damages resulting from unauthorized access or technical issues

We may update these Terms & Conditions periodically. If changes are significant, we’ll notify users through the platform or via email.
